Repetition Rate: 10Hz to 10MHz in six ranges. Rep rate is 4 MHz in 30V to 100V amplitude range. Pulse delay/advance: 10ns to 10ms (± fixed delay of 45 ns). Double Pulse: 5MHz max for all ranges except 30V to 100V range which is max 2MHz. Pulse Width: 25ns to 10ms in six decade ranges. Max duty cycle: >10% for 30 to 100V range; >50% all other ranges.
